Available for 1,500 FC Points or 500,000 coins, the evolution allows you to get a TOTY-quality card of your choice. As long as your card meets the requirements, you can apply the upgrades.

This evolution also has an additional step in the form of the National Captain: First Touch upgrades, which is essentially an extension.
