Beautiful Katamari intro gets the munchies and asks you to rub its shoulders

Just in case any of you out there are wondering what goes on inside of my head all day, just take a look at the above intro movie from the upcoming Beautiful Katamari and wonder no more. Of course, my inner Bollywood musical includes even more pandas, rainbows, and butterflies, but I think you get the picture.

Although this video is amazing (I mean, come on!), I have a few nagging questions:

  • -Is that the Prince’s mother (the assumed Queen of all Cosmos)?
  • -Are all the cousins coming back as playable characters?
  • -Is holding up an elephant the nonverbal way of saying “Water my mushroom garden, woman!”?

Hopefully all of these questions (and more!) will be answered when Beautiful Katamari is released this fall for the Xbox 360. I am already high … with anticipation!
