EA DICE just revealed the minimum and recommended hardware specs for its two upcoming PC releases: Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and BF: 1943.
As we imagined, both Frostbite engine-powered games will demand some oomph from fresher gaming rigs. In fact, the studio recommends no less than a Quadcore processor and a GeForce GTX 260.
If that’s a problem, don’t get too blue — the minimum specs revealed via the official BF blog leads us to believe that a Core 2 Duo can handle the on-field destruction as well. Just don’t expect true awesomeness (or the ladies for that matter) if you plan on rolling with an older PC. Stuff explodes hard in both these games.
