Build-A-Bear Workshop, that store the middle classes go to for gifts when their rich relatives have a baby, is currently cross-promoting with Pokemon, allowing you to get your very own Meowth to snuggle up with on those cold nights.
The complete Meowth set, available online, gets you the little prick himself, along with a 6-in-1 sound chip, two cute hoodies and an exclusive Pokemon card. Traditionalists can also visit their local Build-a-Bear store in person to craft their own villainous sidekick. It is noted that the cool Team Rocket hoodie is only available to online customers though.
Meowth joins the Build-a-Bear Pokemon hall of fame, alongside previous characters Pikachu, Squirtle, Eevee and Charmander. I’m going to go and pick one up today, because it will be nice to have a friend.
