Back to the front! Company of Heroes 2 multiplayer

Time to hit the Eastern Front once again

With less than a week away from its release, Relic Entertainment has decided to share a bit more on the enhancements it made to Company of Heroes 2‘s multiplayer. The most notable developments made to game are the new Commander Classes and a player progression system that tailors itself to your style of play.

The Commander Classes lie at the heart of the multiplayer; with each Commander offering their own set of boons that can help turn the tide of any multiplayer, so long as the player chooses wisely. Along with the player progression system which rewards players with certain bonuses depending on how they choose to play, I think that Relic has created a great multiplayer structure that will allow players to sink countless hours into.

Every time I see a new batch of screenshots or trailer for Company of Heroes 2, the more impressed I am at the intensity of the battles and the detail within the environments. CoH2 is hitting both retail and digital shores on June 25, 2013.
