Art Attack Friday today is all about herms85. herms85 specializes in Sonic pieces, but he does dabble with other videogame series such as Metroid, Mario and more. Most of his work though does involve Sonic as he actually does work for a Sonic The Hedgehog comic book series. I had no idea there was even a Sonic The Hedgehog comic book series! There’s some sample pages over on the official site and it looks pretty interesting.
My favorite pieces from herms85 include the Protoman, Samus Aran, and the Mario Bros. ones. I love anything that has to do with Samus and the Protoman one looks just badass. Also, who can’t enjoy a piece involving Luigi beating up on Mario? Nintendo has made Luigi a giant wuss.
