Long weekends are the best weekends. Are you playing anything of particular importance today? Even if you’re not, that’s fine too! We’ve all got backlogs. Even the mighty Chris Carter.

For me, it’ll be more Advance Wars — gotta unlock those last couple COs, and then rank up, and then oh god I’m going to be playing this utter gem for a lot longer. As a new Wii U owner, it’s been that and Super Mario 3D World and not much else. That’ll change come Mario Kart 8 on Friday.

And for those of you not in the United States, I want to hear your responses anyway — what are you playing right now? Between Transistor, Super Time Force, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Bound by Flame, and Drakengard 3, we’ve got some good variety as far as recent releases go.
