Put on the goggles because there’s an ASSET BLAST underway! New screenshots and a video for Arc Rise Fantasia have been released, and if you’re the kind of person who massages their frenulum over the idea of JRPGs on the Wii, then this is your kind of bag! Let’s look at all the STUFF!
Arc Rise Fantasia is a game I’m looking forward to, but I must confess I am kind of with our more cynical readers who have been turned off by the rather atrocious localization. Those voice actors are just… crap. If the game is good and the story itself decent enough, I can bear with it, but I am still holding out hope for a Japanese voice track, and very rarely am I one of those weeaboo perineums who think JP voices make everything better.
We shall have to see. I’m still expecting a decent game, regardless of the awful voicework.
