Because Activision wants no money stone unturned, it looks like they’re re-releasing a Modern Warfare trilogy at retail — despite the fact that they’re already remastering the best of the three (the first) later this year. The listing details Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, and Modern Warfare 3 for $30.
Don’t get too excited, as they’re not remasters, only for PS3 and Xbox 360, and don’t even come with all of the DLC? The box only lists the “Stimulus Package” add-on for MW2, but that game also had the Resurgence Package” DLC, Modern Warfare had the “Variety” pack, and MW3 had four packs of its own.
Even as someone who has played every Call of Duty over the years — hard pass on this one, as I didn’t dig 2 or 3 and a lack of all the DLC is just lame.
