The Road Ahead 2026 roadmap for Apex Legends has been announced, and there are plenty of exciting additions waiting for fans.
The first part of the roadmap involves the ongoing Season 28, which began a couple of days ago. However, we have now received confirmed information about what awaits us over the course of the next few months.

The Road Ahead 2026 roadmap can be divided into five broad parts. Each part refers to a season, with Season 28 currently live in the game. The remaining seasons will be released over the upcoming months.

We have received brief ideas for all the content coming our way over the next 12 months. A new legend is joining the fight next season. It will be interesting to find out more about the new character and how they might fit in the meta. The map is also about to receive changes in the next season, which should also feature certain QoL features.
While most of the proposals are already in progress, some of the promises, like the Akimbo, are only planned. All the proposed additions could change prior to launch, based on how the development progresses at Respawn’s end.
