Unit stats in Anime Rangers X have a grade system associated with them that ranges from C- to O+. Rarer grades can significantly buff specific stats and improve the performance of your units. You can find a list of stat grades and the bonuses they provide to your units right below. It’s important to note that unit stats are different from player stats, which boost your gold generation, for example.

How to Reroll Unit Stats Potential in Anime Rangers X
You can reroll the stat grades of your units in Anime Rangers X at the Stats Potential NPC. This NPC is located next to the Traits area. Stats Keys reroll all of the unit’s stat grades at once, while Perfect Stats Keys reroll only one of them. If you try to reroll an A- or better stat grade, you will have to confirm your decision.
What is Worthiness and How to Increase It in Anime Rangers X
When the “Worthiness” meter is above 100%, your next reroll will use 100% from it to increase the chance of getting rare Stats Potentials when using regular or perfect Stats Keys. The Worthiness meter gets filled whenever a unit defeats an enemy in any game mode.
How to Get Perfect and Regular Stats Keys
Challenges rotate every hour, and sometimes you can get Stats Keys from them. 
When you reach certain levels, you can claim rewards that sometimes include a bundle of Stats Keys. 
Stats Keys are sometimes in stock at the Merchant Shop. 
When you Hyper or Ultra Evolve a unit, you get a few Stats Keys and Trait Rerolls for free.
You can get regular and perfect Stats Keys in Anime Rangers X by completing Challenge stages, reaching level milestones, and Hyper or Ultra evolving units. Also, Stats Keys are sometimes in stock at the Merchant and Event Shops. However, the best method for farming Stats Keys is completing the Challenge stages, as they are easy and free. Keep in mind that Challenge mode rewards rotate every hour. So, the Stats Keys don’t always drop from them.
How to Get O- and Better Stats By Evolving Units
Some units can be evolved using Gold and special items that can be either crafted or exchanged for event currencies. When you evolve a unit in Anime Rangers X this way, all of its stat potentials go up by one level. So, if you evolve a unit with SSS potential on a lot of its stats, those stats will go up to the grade O-. Subsequently, if your unit had the O potential on a stat, it would get upgraded to O+.
