Anime Mysterious actually puts in the work into balancing around its alternative tower defense mechanics that are more like Anime Squadron and similar games than classic TDs. You have to think about frontline tanks and supports as well as DPS units when you clash across different modes. Let’s just hope power creep doesn’t disbalance the game later on.
