Angry Birds Go! is a kart racer coming this December

And yeah, it’s free to play

If M&Ms are allowed to have a kart racer, surely Rovio can try its hand at the genre free of guilt. Those angry birds are certainly iconic, and I suppose that’s what matters most here.

Angry Birds Go! is exactly what you’d expect, so I’ll just point out a couple things. First, the game is releasing on December 11, 2013 for iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry 10. Second, those Hasbro Telepods seen with Angry Birds Star Wars II are also making a return, meaning there will be physical figures that can be scanned into the game. Otherwise, yep, it’s free to play.

Chris didn’t seem to take much issue with the toys, so here’s hoping it’s a similar setup for Go!
