In honor of E3, Amazon’s Gold Box discounts today are all about videogames and videogame-related things. EA DICE’s terrific first-person shooter, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, is on sale for $39.98 (PS3 and 360 versions only) all day — this is a great time to pick up the game, since the “Onslaught” co-op DLC will launch next Tuesday on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network for $9.99.
The next deal — which is going up in 20 minutes, at 5 PM EDT — sounds like it will offer Grand Theft Auto IV: Episodes From Liberty City on the cheap (“Complete your Grand Theft Auto IV experience,” the description reads). And the final deal of the day appears to be a charging station for PS3 controllers.
