Amazon’s Prime Day is coming up, where it offers a bunch of deals specifically for its subscribing members. On the games side of things, that includes a few freebies. And this year the lineup is pretty good, as Prime members can get a copy of Mass Effect Legendary EditionĀ and someĀ Star WarsĀ games for the low, low price of free.

In an Amazon blog, the company reveals some of the games arriving as freebies for Prime Day.Ā Mass Effect Legendary EditionĀ is a big one, as that’s all threeĀ Mass EffectĀ games and their single-player DLC, packing the whole trilogy into one launcher. If that gets you eager for space action, there’s also a fewĀ Star WarsĀ games on offer too:Ā Star Wars Jedi Knight – Jedi Academy,Ā Jedi Outcast, andĀ Republic Commando. Or, for gearheads, there’sĀ Need for Speed HeatĀ andĀ GRID Legends.

Indies on deck

Amazon says that during Prime Day on July 12-13, members will be able to claim over 30 free games. And in the leadup, there are some other games to add into your backlog too, from June 21 up through July 13. They range from indie hits likeĀ Rain WorldĀ to classics likeĀ Metal Slug 2Ā andĀ The King of Fighters 2002.
