There are 26 items available at DarkDrop at the start of Welcome to the Game 3. Any software update that is part of a tiered system requires all previous tiers to unlock the highest upgrade. This means you better become the Inspector Gadget of Welcome to the Game 3 and build your defenses before those killers get you.
Here’s everything you need to know about buying off the DarkDrop in Welcome to the Game 3.

Which items should you prioritize at the start of Welcome to the Game 3?

Outside of the three apps where the fundamentals of WTTG3 lie (VirtMesh, ShadowFetch, and A.C.R.S), there are DarkDrop items you shouldn’t ever forget about. The first hour (9-10pm) is crucial in preparing for the onslaught of digital and physical threats. Here, you should set up the perimeter with surveillance and build your online defenses.
The Backdoor Hack turns the tables on your opponents who tried to hack you. Successfully warding them off rewards you with a sum of their money. Though a Backdoor has a one-time use, they are easily replaceable due to its small fee, where spent DOS Coin is replenished within a mere minute of mining a hijacked computer on VirtMesh.
As you need to perpetually rotate which computer you’re hacked into to scour the Dark Net and another to mine for DOS Coin, increasing your scope on VirtMesh is a worthwhile investment. You should buy into VM Mount and Grid to keep the DOS Coin flowing and reduce the risk of being kicked out of a hijacked computer.
Motion Sensors are an absolute must to survive any Lucas or Tanner encounter. You can buy up to six in each run. They should be purchased as soon as possible, prioritizing two at a time. Place one inside the alley out back and one by the motel room closest to the road (pointing into the parking lot) to start, and look to buy more as the night goes on.
Finally, Key Cue is a go-to if you haven’t got a strong defense for hackers and killers, and want to find Key Hashes in record speed. Upgrade this software pronto so that you know exactly when a Key is present, based on the page you’re viewing.
