Deltarune‘s latest saga, aka Chapter 5, has some unique enemies to defeat, and you can also add them as recruits. To do so, you’ll first need to learn about the enemies that are actually available as recruits. Then, you’ll need to complete the conditions to add them to your collection.

How to get recruits in Deltarune Chapter 5
To recruit an enemy, you’ll need to spare an enemy of the same type. The number of enemies you have to spare will depend on the specific type. For example, you’ll have to spare only one Floradinn to recruit it. However, the number rises to four if it’s a Netskie.
You can spare an enemy using Act commands. You can also spare them with the Pacify command. Finally, there’s the simple “Spare” option you can use to get more recruits.
You can always check your progress from the Recruits menu. You can access it whenever you reach a save point.
When you’re getting recruits, be careful of the LOST status. You inflict this by defeating the enemy mercilessly. If that happens, you won’t be able to add that enemy as a recruit on that specific save file. Any recruit you had of the same type will be automatically removed. If that happens, your only option is to reload the save.
