With each new expansion pack that arrives in The Sims 4, there are usually some special items you can only get by buying early. Adventure Awaits is one such pack and comes with a few bonus items you can unlock if you get it before the deadline.

Pre-order items are always exclusive, which means you can only acquire them if you buy the pack within a certain timeframe. To decide when the best time is to add this pack to your collection, you’ll want to know all of the pre-order bonuses you can claim with The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits expansion pack.

As has been the case with all packs so far, Adventure Awaits features three pre-order bonus items, including two furniture assets and one clothing item. Here are the three unlockables you can get by buying the pack within the designated timeframe.

  • Toasty Tower Lamp – An outdoor furniture item that provides a bit of light.
  • Toast-Tea Kettle – A kettle furniture item you can place and use to have your Sims brew tea.
  • Toasty Tootsies Socks – A clothing item you can have your Sims wear.

The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits pre-order bonus deadline

To acquire all three bonus pre-order items featured in Adventure Awaits, you must purchase this pack before Nov. 13. After this date, they’ll never be obtainable again, as has been the case with all past pre-order exclusive assets.

Luckily, this gives you about a month and a half to decide whether or not you want the pack after it’s released, so you have plenty of time to make your choice. The Adventure Awaits expansion pack releases on Oct. 2, so you may want to learn about all the features and items in this pack to help make your decision.

Are The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits pre-order bonus items worth it?

The Adventure Awaits pre-order bonuses are nothing all that special, so no, they’re not really worth you ordering the pack early unless you want to for the actual pack content. Sometimes, the pre-order items are really good and feature assets you don’t want to miss out on, but that’s not the case here.

With the Enchanted by Nature pack, for example, the pre-order goodies were essentially must-haves if you were into the Fairy gameplay. One of these items was a second Fairy house, and since the pack only comes with one, that second design felt so important that it should’ve been part of the actual pack.

In this case, though, all of the items included are quite similar to others you can find in Adventure Awaits, different packs, and the base game. The Toast-Tea Kettle is the best item here, but we have plenty of other drink makers across the base game and other packs, so it’s not worth buying the pack early solely for this item. The lamp and socks are nothing special at all, as we have plenty of both.

If you do like all of the items and you’re sure you want to buy the pack anyway, it’s worth getting it before Nov. 13. Just don’t buy it early solely for these goodies if you’re not sure whether the pack is right for you, as you won’t be missing out on anything special with them.
