All new monsters in Monster Hunter Now: Fulminations in the Frost

Four new large beasts (and two smol ones).

Monster Hunter Now will soon see its first major update, titled Fulminations in the Frost. This update will add several new features to the game, not the least of which are some new monsters to take down and subsequently farm.

The four new monsters in Monster Hunter Now: Fulminations in the Frost are Zinogre, Banbaro, Barioth, and Radobaan. These new foes will begin to spawn at either four or five-star difficulty depending on the monster, so new players will need to clear a few chapters of the main story first. Similarly, players can also expect to encounter Cortos and Wulg as new small monsters. These will most likely be easy fodder to farm like Shamos in the current game. You may not even notice they’re new.

Each of these monsters will drop unique materials that can be used to craft unique weapons and armor. We can’t give all the details of the new equipment yet, but we’ll learn more when Fulminations in the Frost launches on December 7th. In the meantime, you can check out our first-hand impressions of the Monster Hunter Now update here.
