Here’s how to track down and tame the best horses in Crimson Desert.

All legendary horse locations in Crimson Desert

Ideally, you’ll want to go for a legendary horse after growing your character a fair bit. This is necessary since you’ll need high base stamina. If your stamina is low, you’ll be unable to fight the horse, and you’ll be thrown off.

You’ll be able to control the horse better with high stamina. Here are the three legendary horses that you’ll want to find.

  • Royler
  • Rokade
  • Camora

Royler is the easiest legendary horse to tame, and will likely be the first you’ll find in the wild. Once you’re in Pailun, go to the Silver Wolf Mountain. Royler can be found near the snow glass shelter at this location. You can refer to the image above for the exact spot.

Pay attention to your health since this area has snow, which will negatively affect your health. Royler’s biggest strength is his stamina, but he has extremely well-rounded stats. He is the best early game horse you can find in Crimson Desert.

The legendary black stallion can be found in the Steel Mountains region, and you’ll usually spot him near the Spire of Insight. Rokade’s greatest strength is his massive pool of health among all legendary horses (he might have the highest health among all mounts). If you’re someone who simply can’t dodge incoming attacks, Rokade will be a welcome addition.

Finally, you’ll need to go near the Tashkalp region, where the Camora can be found in the Red Tree forest. The legendary red horse is ideal for those who want to be aggressive in combat. He has great stats for attack and defense, making him ideal for fights.

How to tame legendary horses in Crimson Desert

The process of taming legendary horses is the same as controlling ordinary horses. You’ll have to play a mini-game after mounting the horse. Point your LS towards the direction of the horse’s tail. You have to hit it multiple times without falling, and you’ll be able to eventually add the legendaries (or ordinary horses, for that matter) to your stable.
