Escaping Pinhead in Hellraiser: Revival can be a literal nightmare when you come across keypads, lockers, and cupboards that are locked behind codes. All of them open when you enter the correct-digit codes.

| Graveyard House Safe Code | 9606 | The safe is just under the vinyl print in the kitchen of Sean’s house. |
| Bruno’s Music Room Cupboard Code | 1966 | In the Music room, located upstairs in Bruno’s house. |
| Snake Room Cupboard Code | 1952 | Go to the Snake room in the club. |
| Private Rooms Bathroom Cupboard Code | 1923 | In the Private rooms bathroom, go through the door on the right from where you solve the puzzle at this location. |
| Factory Blue Door Code | 1362 | You’ll come across the door during the Use the elevator objective. Go through a hole in the wall outside the factory and then proceed straight from the heart inset key gate. |
| Laundry Room Locker Code | 8571 | From the library, go to the room in the south and take the door east that leads to the room. |
| Break Room Locker Code | 2342 | Go to the break room that has the ladder and the TV. |
| Sewer Lever Room Locker Code | 1512 | When you take part in Hunt Marlowe, go upstairs and you’ll find a room with the bridge that requires a lever. |
