All Kestrel Prime relics in Warframe and how to farm them

The bow that's actually a melee.

Kestrel Prime has been released in Warframe as part of The Old Peace Update, and the unique melee open can be yours by farming the correct relics.

You can immediately gain access to this melee by purchasing the latest Prime Access Weapons pack (or the Complete pack). However, that method involves spending real-life money. If you want to opt for the free-to-play route, your best bet is relics.

This guide will help you figure out the exact relics that have to be farmed to gain the parts of the Kestrel Prime.

How to obtain all Kestrel Prime relics in Warframe

The Kestrel Prime has the following parts that you’ll have to craft in the Foundry.

  • Kestrel Prime Blueprint
  • Kestrel Prime Blade
  • Kestrel Prime Grip

Here are all the relics that you need to farm.

  • Kestrel Prime Blueprint: Meso P17 (Uncommon)
  • Kestrel Prime Blade: Lith D7 (Common)
  • Kestrel Prime Grip: Neo K9 (Rare)

Compared to Alternox Prime, the Kestrel Prime has fewer parts to find. However, getting the Grip can be quite expensive as it’s a Rare component that you can obtain from the Neo K9 relic.

Here’s a quick rundown of how you can farm all the relics required for making the Kestrel Prime from scratch.

  • Meso and Neo Relics: The best spot for finding these Relics is the Ukko node in the Void. You’ll find a capture mission, which is pretty easy to complete. The map is short, the enemies are pretty weak, and you can finish a complete run in less than a minute with frames like Titania. Every complete run has a 50% chance to drop a Meso Relic, and 50% for it to be a Neo. Other nodes remove this randomness, but Ukko is where you should farm.
  • Lith Relics: My favorite spot is the Olympus node on Mars, which guarantees a Lith relic on every rotation. You should farm this spot repeatedly if you’re also looking to farm Gyre Prime pieces.

You can also obtain these relics from Relic Packs. You can trade for unlimited Relic Packs from various traders based on your Syndicate standings. You can also exchange Steel Essences from Teshin to get more Relic Packs. This method is completely random since there’s no guarantee of what relic you’ll obtain from the packs.
