Your standard game of Buckshot Roulette comes with six items, which can turn a game of chance and memory into one of strategy. The items below can be found in a standard game.
- Beer – Racks the shotgun. Ejects current shell.
- Handcuffs – Dealer skips the next turn.
- Hand Saw – Shotgun deals 2 damage.
- Magnifying Glass – Check the current round in the chamber.
- Cigarette Pack – Takes the edge off. Regain 1 charge.
- Pills – Allows you to play “Double or Northing”.
All item uses in Double or Nothing in Buckshot Roulette
Once you complete the game, you can opt to play Double or Nothing. Simply take the pills in the bathroom where you start the game and head into the Dealer’s room. You’ll immediately gain access to a pool of new items, which you can see below. The standard items, like beer and handcuffs, are still available in this mode.
If you’re making a run for the Full House Achievement, which requires you to use every item in a single playthrough, be sure to use your items before the next round starts. Once the next round starts, your inventory is completely wiped.
- Burner Phone – A mysterious voice gives you insight from the future. For example, “Fifth shell blank”.
- Expired Medicine – 40% chance to regain 2 charges. If not, lose 1 charge.
- Inverter – Swaps the polarity of the current shell in the chamber. Essentially switches a live shell to a blank and vice versa.
- Adrenaline – Steal an item and use it immediately.
