How to gain Favor from the gods in Nova Roma
The first step is to build a temple and then dedicate it to a god of your choice. Your decision will be driven by the potential buffs that you want to apply. Once you dedicate a temple to a god, you’ll need to complete Divine Tasks. Once you complete them, you’ll be rewarded with Favor.
You can then offer Favor to a god in the Small Temple to unlock the benefits (listed above). If you have a Large Temple, you can also throw a festival to gain Favor. Favor is used to unlock new technology spread across several branches. The unlocks will allow you to improve your civilization through time and bring it close to prosperity.
