There are some advanced concepts to understand in Marathon, and the DCON allows you to deposit certain items required to complete different contracts.
The DCON appears like a safebox, and they’re located at strategic locations. Their locations are fixed, but you’ll need to find them on a map before you get to use them. Let’s find out where all the DCONs are on the Marathon maps so that you can find them easily on your runs.

How to find all DCONs in Marathon
As of writing, we have three available maps in Marathon: Perimeter, Dire Marsh, and Outpost. Let’s find out where the DCONs are located on each of the maps.
All DCON locations on Perimeter
The Perimeter map has four DCONs located all around the map.
- In the North Relay, you’ll find one on the roof of a bunker in the northwest part.
- There’s one located to the northeast of Station. It’s near the walkway where you’ll find a UESC commns station.
- If you’re at the Overflow, go west, and you’ll find one near the main building.
- Go to the hills south of the South Relay POI. You’ll find a bunker, and the DCON is located on the roof. You’ll need to reach this location as part of a quest where you have to trace the location of a UESC commander.
All DCON locations on Dire Marsh
The Dire Marsh has three DCONs that you can find on the map.
- You’ll find one located south of Complex POI, outside the building in the marsh. Go east of AI Uplink, and you’ll find the spot.
- Head south from Quarantine, and you’ll find the DCON outside a building in the marsh.
- The final one can be found north of the Greenhouse POI. Go to the south side of the buildings in the hills.
All DCON locations on Outpost
The third map in Marathon has three DCON located on it. You can find them at the marked locations in the image below.
- Go inside the western hangar on the ground floor of the Airfield POI, and you will find a DCON over there.
- You’ll find it located between the Dormitories and the Orientation POI (right in the middle).
- Go to the south of the main building at the Processing POI, and you’ll find one near the shipping containers.
