You can once again find Hidden Knowledge Treasures for all professions in World of Warcraft: The War Within, including Blacksmithing. In total, there are eight different treasures across Khaz Algar, each granting +3 to your Blacksmithing Knowledge. Where to find all the Blacksmithing Knowledge Treasures
There are 8 total Blacksmithing Knowledge Treasures in WoW The War Within with two treasures in each of the four zones. Finding all 8 treasures will grant you a total of +24 Knowledge to Blacksmithing, making it worthwhile to get them all!
Isle of Dorn Blacksmithing Knowledge Treasures

In order to see and interact with all of the Blacksmithing Knowledge Treasures in The War Within, you will need at least Level 1 in the new Khaz Algar Blacksmithing profession. Each character can only loot each treasure once. Once you are close enough to the treasure, it will show up on your minimap.
