Piracy does pay well in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, and there are three Community Treasure Hunt hidden chests you can find on your adventures. These are different from the various treasure chests you unearth on the map. All three Community Treasure Hunt chests remain hidden until you use the clues.
While Ubisoft drops clues about the locations every Friday, you can use this guide to immediately access all three chests.

How to find all Community Treasure Hunt chests in Assassin’s Creed
Finding the three chests isn’t difficult as long as you know where to look. I have added the coordinates for all three of them. Once you reach a location, drop from your ship and swim down to find the chests.
Chest 1 location
The first one can be found at Dry Tortuga at the (425, 931) coordinates. Once you reach the location, dive into the water. You’ll find the chest resting on a bed of rocks close to the western side, and it will reward you with 4,000 Reales.
Chest 2 location
The second one can be found at Charlotte at the (497, 165) coordinates. This time, dive and move to the east. The chest will be near the ocean bed, waiting for you to open it. You’ll find the Guardian Prince Legendary Rapier and the Guardian Beast Figurehead from it.
Chest 3 location
The final chest can be found at Chinchorro at the (28, 292) coordinates. Dive and move slightly towards the northeast direction to find the chest on the ocean bed. Opening it will reward you with the Aveline Figurehead and the Explorer Outfit.
