How to unlock all achievements in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4

| Hold the Line | Complete the game on any Difficulty | You can get it done at the easiest difficulty. |
| Worth It | Complete the game on Realism difficulty | Same as above, but only Realism difficulty works. |
| Skeet Shooting | Kill 10 paratroopers in Mayhem before they hit the ground | Aim for at least 10 paratroopers and shoot them dead in the air. |
| Safety’s On | Defeat all enemies in the kitchen of ‘Out in the Cold’ without firing your gun on Hardened or harder | First, you have to play at Hardened or a harder difficulty. |
| Can’t Touch This | Defeat Makarov on Veteran difficulty or higher without getting hit in the alley | Play at Veteran or higher, and defeat Makarov while ensuring that you don’t get hit a single time. |
| No Stone Unturned | Confiscate all the contraband and read all the notes in ‘Following Orders’ | Read all the notes in the Following Orders mission but don’t miss a single contraband. |
| No Harm Done | Obtain the defector’s location in Following Orders without hurting any civilians | This is one of the riskier ones since you can accidentally end up hurting a civilian in the process. |
| Bullet Train | Kill 50 enemies while standing on train cars in Hired Gun | Pretty straightforward as long as you’re standing on the train cars. |
| Raining Thunder | Kill 15 enemies with 3 mortar rounds in a row in Losing Ground | You have to fire three mortar rounds and ensure that you kill at least 15 enemies. |
| Revenge | Kill everyone after Shin dies in Assassins on Hardened or harder difficulty | First, play at Hardened or higher difficulty and then kill everyone once Shin dies in Assassins. |
| Pacifist | Complete Assassins by only killing one enemy | Finish the mission with no more than a single kill. |
| Time to Crate | Open every Yellow Supply Crate in Stranded. | Stranded takes place in a massive open world where you’ll find these chests to open. |
| Scavenger | Repair everything in Base Camp | Just repair everything in the Base Camp. |
| Incoming! | Destroy every vehicle reinforcement at the SAM Site before they unload in Stranded | Find out every SAM site on the map and destroy them before they unload their ammo. |
| Long Shot | Snipe all four enemies firing the mortars in Counter Attack | You’ll need to be immensely precise with your time and aim. |
| Never Forgotten | Recover the Dog Tags in Escape | The Dog Tags can be found all over the map. |
