Since Splatoon 2 received its Version 3.0 update a couple of months back, new weapons have been received in monthly batches, as opposed to arriving weekly. Fans logging in today will find a fun new foursome of tools, with which to paint the town red (blue/green/orange).
Not only that, but the all-new Albacore Hotel map is now live in the game’s online rotation. Set atop a tall skyscraper, this plaza features a pool, a performance stage, a selections of walkways and even one of those tiki bars like Tom Cruise visits in Cocktail.
The new batch of weapons contains the following items:
- Bamboozler 14 Mk II: Toxic Mist sub, Burst Bomb Rush special
- Ballpoint Splatling: Toxic Mist sub, Inkjet special
- Explosher: Sprinkler sub, Bubble Blower special
- Tenta Sorella Brella: Ink Wall sub, Curling Bomb special
