Air Combo! New Tatsunoko VS Capcom videos from Japan

Here’s a couple of new videos from upcoming Wii brawler Tatsunoko VS Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes, which pits anime characters against Capcom’s best. Those following the title probably know that a U.S. release is unlikely due to licensing issues, but that’s not going to stop us from following the details of this game.

Capcom Japan just released this new gamplay footage featuring Ryu and Alex vs. Ken the Eagle and Jun the Swan. The video opens with Ryu being punished by a tag air combo from Ken and Jun, but he comes back and does his own air smackdown. You’ll also get to see a few of the super moves, which all look fantastic.

Japanese site Watch Impress also has a few details from the game’s various modes. In our gallery you’ll see images of Alex shot-putting a car via Wii Remote swinging. Awesome.
