BioWare said goodbye to veteran developer Corey Gaspur yesterday. The company made the announcement over a blog post, sending their best to Corey’s family.

Corey was a talented designer and an even better person. We offer our condolences to Corey’s family and everyone that knew him.”

Corey had been with the studio since 2007, his first project being BioWare’s collaboration with Sega, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood.

He would go on to make a name for himself working on the Mass Effect series and most recently Anthem, which is slated for release in 2018.
