Squaresoft’s SaGa series never really caught on like Final Fantasy, but it still has a rather dedicated fanbase that looks forward to every release. Recently during the SaGa 25th Anniversary livestream, Square Enix announced that another game in the series is in the works, specifically for the PlayStation Vita.
Only two pieces of artwork were shown, and that’s basically all we have. In other SaGa news, the PC browser game Imperial SaGa is coming out in Japan next year, as is Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song as a PS2 Classic.
