A look at the Mercenaries 3 you’ll never play

When Pandemic closed up shop last year, it was in the middle of developing the third game in its open-world Mercenaries games for Electronic Arts.

The game was called Mercenaries 3: No Limits, and this video (obtained by Kotaku) will be the only time you’ll get a chance to see it. It’s an early milestone demo for the game, which explains the placeholder voice over work and the rough animatics instead of a cut-scene. Still, you can get the idea, and it’s enough to have fans of the series crying into their pillows tonight.
