MillionHeir … get it? Millionaire? Heir? MillionHeir!?! It’s a play on words! *cough* Is this thing on?

Nintendo has announced that it will be publishing a Nintendo DS version of Mystery Case Files, the popular PC titles by Big Fish Games. Called Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir (see what they did … their?), the title is an interactive detective story that mixes a zany cast of characters with logic puzzles that use both the touch screen and built-in DS microphone. Curiously, the game will also feature a multiplayer mode, but no details on how that will work have been revealed.

The Nintendo DS has proven itself to be a great platform for story-driven adventure/puzzle titles, and it looks like Nintendo plans to capitalize on that when Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir launches on September 8.
