Blizzard brings three free StarCraft II custom games

Recommended Videos

Blizzard has released three custom games for StarCraft II, which some of you might remember first seeing back at BlizzCon. For those wanting to get right into the work-in-progress mods, simply make your way to the custom games section of the multiplayer channel. Makes sense, right?

First is “Aiur Chef,” a free-for-all game where players scrounge up ingredients to make recipes. There’s also “StarJeweled,” a take on PopCap’s Bejeweled in which you match gems to ultimately destroy your opponent’s base. Sounds like a nightmare for productivity.

Lastly — and this is the one I’m really eager to play — Blizzard has expanded the Outbreak mission from StarCraft II‘s single-player to create “Left 2 Die.” Cooperative zombie defense with a clever name? Sold.
