Two Worlds II dev diary talks changes

In a new developer diary video, Creative Director Scott Cromie talks about the changes they made to make Two Worlds II a better game than the first one. From what I’ve heard, the sidequests have silly humor, the spell crafting system is pretty ridiculous, and you can walk around like a Gandalf who actually casts spells that do direct damage. Imagine that!

I would’ve picked up the (mainland) European version, which was released late last year, until Fallout: New Vegas utterly crushed my interest in playing yet another 50+ hour RPG. Still, it looks a lot better than those old Gothic games where I used to bash my head in with my keyboard.

If you’re a more patient person than me, but don’t want to wait for the other RPGs of 2011, then stay tuned for our upcoming review of the North American version of the game.
