EA really seems to love putting out animated Dead Space comics. First the Ben Templesmith comics on Dead Space Extraction, and now we get Dead Space Ignition; the official Dead Space 2 prequel narrative set for release tomorrow. There are two ways to get it — you can buy it for $5 on PSN or XBLA, or get it for free after pre-ordering Dead Space 2.
Unlike previous Dead Space animated comics, Dead Space Ingition is something you can read and play. The title reportedly employs a “choose your own adventure” gameplay mechanic that adds to the interactivity and the replay value. There are the “challenging mini-games” too!
