Just when you think PopCap’s latest classic can’t possibly come to any other platform, you’re proven wrong — by Blizzard, of all people. There’s a quest in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm that pays tribute (and then some) to Plants vs. Zombies. Thanks to TotalBiscuit, you don’t have to be a subscriber to see.
What it lacks in charming visuals is made up for by the absurd level of faithfulness to the core lawn defense concept. As far as cramming PvZ into this type of setting goes, you aren’t going to get much better than this quest without running into serious diminishing returns.
