Deus Ex PC patch: Faster load times, tweaked controls

Recommended Videos

If you’ve been playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution lately, chances are you haven’t been enjoying the often painfully long load times. Thankfully, a recent patch addresses the issue, resulting in “improvements of over 50%” on certain machines. For me personally, loads now seem to be between two to three times faster.

The patch also tinkers with the controls: diagonal movement isn’t faster — as originally intended — and tweaks to mouse sensitivity have been made. You’ll be able to feel the difference when you boot up Human Revolution next time.
