Bethesda has revealed the first screenshot for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim containing a Dark Elf, giving fans their first look at the Dunmer race. This particular character is a Thief, and he looks pretty scary.
Fans were asked which race they’d like to see revealed, and the Dunmer beat the Argonian. Those looking forward to seeing Tamriel’s favorite bipedal lizards have been promised that their “day will come.”
Dark Elves are skilled with both physical weaponry and magic, making them good battlemage characters. I used to rock a Dunmer in Oblivion, but I totally screwed the character up and he was crap with his sword and his fireballs. Oh … Oblivion.
