E3: SEGA’s Rise of Nightmares for Kinect gets a trailer

This trailer is supposed to set the tone for Rise of Nightmares, a Kinect horror game by SEGA. The game will make you use your whole body to fight zombies, monsters, and scientists from hell as you try to escape a nightmarish world. I’m going to wildly assume that you won’t be playing a tied-up person in the actual game.

In fact, the trailer shows you nothing you don’t see in a random Saw sequel trailer. Still, when Kinect was first announced the possibilities for a horror title were among the first things that popped into my head, so I’m curious to see what SEGA will come up with. Hopefully it will be an actual horror game, and not a body-waggle game where you slap zombies around while you laugh.
