E3: Skyward Sword arriving this holiday with gold remote

Nintendo announced at their E3 presentation that The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be soaring its way into shops and sweaty fanboy palms this holiday season. Shigeru Miyamoto also revealed that a gold Wii Remote will be arriving at the same time, which will be handy given how heavily the title relies on motion controls for attacks and item selection.

Have to say, Nintendo missed a trick by not having Miyamoto raise the gold remote into the air as the presentation concert orchestra played the Zelda ‘item discovered’ sound. Dun dun dun DAAAA!
