I don’t know where Robox came from but I want it

That’s a trailer for an upcoming WiiWare game called Robox. It’s the first project by a small, Spanish development house called Dream Box and I think I’m in love with it.

First, it looks absolutely beautiful. Second, the character you control is, far as I can tell, a pile of junk. Most important, however, it appears to have some intriguing gameplay. Check out the use of an item at about 1:00 and start imagining more possibilities.

I could really go for an original platformer with some exploration elements, and that seems to be what I’m looking at. I just don’t know if it’s going to come out in North America. The trailer is European, the developer is Spanish and I’m an American who is potentially faced with the unusual situation of being jealous of Euro gamers when it comes to a release.

Pray with me, people. This looks great.
