PSN downtime has ’caused problems’ for Dark Souls

So we’ve been unable to play games online, we’ve potentially had our personal info stolen, and Sony has lost a lot of money. None of these problems, however, compare to the greatest tragedy of all — Dark Souls has been having problems!

“I would be lying if I said the problems with PSN hadn’t caused us some problems,” said producer Kei Horono, “but we are in contact with Sony and are aiming to meet a street date of October 11.”

I actually hadn’t thought of games in development, since so much focus has been put on the damage done to games currently released, like SOCOM 4 or Brink. It’s great that Dark Souls is still aiming for its planned date, but I wonder how many other games have been hampered by all this.
