ESRB listing for Lost Planet 2 points toward a PC version

Recommended Videos

According to the ESRB, Lost Planet 2 is happening on PC. While Capcom has been rather tight-lipped about the possibility of such a port, the original game made the transition, and with the company’s recent renewed interest in PC gaming, it makes total sense.

Also according to the ESRB, one of the opening sequences for the game involves a snow pirate opening up a helicopter door and proclaiming, “God, it smells like sh*t!” Monsters, pirates, helicopters, and foul-mouthery? You have secured access to my wallet, boys.

The real question on my mind is how long after the console versions hit will it be before Lost Planet 2 on PC gets out into the wild? Chances seem high that if it was going to be a simultaneous launch on all three platforms, we would have heard something or other from Capcom about this supposed PC edition by now.
