tri-Ace and Sega’s Resonance of Fate is scheduled for a Western release later this year, and it’s a good ol’ fashioned JRPG. You can tell it’s a JRPG because it’s called Resonance of Fate. Still doubt me? Just look at these new screenshots and you’ll be left with little room for argument.
When it comes to tri-Ace, I am very skeptical. These guys have not produced much in the way of RPG greatness as far as I’m concerned, still clinging onto creative triumphs from years ago. Still, I’ll always give a new IP a chance, so here’s hoping that Resonance of Fate is at least ten times better than Infinite Undiscovery. The name is slightly more sensible at least!
Resonance of Fate is slated for Q3 of 2010 and will hit the PS3 and Xbox 360.
