Xbox 360 getting an exclusive Crysis 2 multiplayer demo

On Tuesday, Crysis 2 will receive a multiplayer demo — and it’s exclusive to Xbox 360. Xbox LIVE Gold members only, you hear?

Players will take it to the streets of Manhattan on a single map called Skyline. Two modes — team versus team deathmatch, and a control point variant — are what’s being offered. Personally, I find it odd that Crytek is putting out this demo since there’s already such fierce competition for FPS gamers’ time.

Early next week, Hamza will give you a hands-on report of Crysis 2. If his tweets are to be believed, it sounds like he’s fairly pumped over this one.
