Activision’s NASCAR title sees small delay

Activision’s foray into NASCAR gaming, the Eutechnyx-developed NASCAR 2011: The Game, has been delayed.

No worries, it’s not a huge lay. It’s been pushed from February to March 29. The reason, explains the developer, is polish.

“The main reason is we simply wanted more time to polish it, and hopefully make it the experience you guys are crazing,” explains Eutechnyx community manager, Gregg Baker. “It’s never easy to delay a game, as it can cause a lot of disappointment, but we genuinely feel that by doing this you guys will be even happier with the end product.”

Sounds reasonable enough, and a month wait isn’t the end of the world. Hamza went hands-on with the game last November, and said “fans are in for a real treat.” You trust Hamza, right?
