BAM! POW! KABLAM! Batman remake finally released

Right now you can go out and buy the best Batman game ever made because its Arkham Asylum and its still on store shelves, but have you ever been curious as to where Batman games began? No? Well get curious because nearly 25 years later the first ever commercial Batman game, aptly titled Batman, has been remade and is now available for free download.

The unnofficial remake follows the isometric adventures of the caped crusader as he explores his own mansion and Batcave in order to find his BatCraft pieces which have somehow been scattered around the place. The remake was put together over the past 14 years by Tomaz Kac, David Vassart, Infamous, and Cheveron.

I won’t lie and pretend I’d ever heard of this game before now, but it has quite easily piqued my interest especially since the description says that it is “one of the best games for he ZX Spectrum ever created.” Since it’s free to download here and would probably run on any computer I don’t see why giving it a shot is unreasonable, especially when Batman is involved.
