The Tropico series is known for touching heavily on the subject of Communism, so it’s highly fitting that Tropico 3‘s downloadable content will be made by the people, for the people. The biggest surprise is that the Xbox 360 version will feature the content, despite shunning mods and user-build add-ons in other games.
Kalypso Media has not confirmed a price or any real details for the content, only stating that it is happening. In any case, it should be an interesting situation, provided Microsoft doesn’t charge us out the arse for it … oh wait, that’s probably what’s going to happen.
